I simply loved the cozy and charming decoration of this mill house. The vintage furniture and beautiful flowers created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were very well maintained, especially the garden and swimming pool. As a senior, I appreciated the accessible layout of the hotel, with easy access to the rooms and common areas, making it comfortable for me to move around.
I would have preferred if the children working there had provided better lighting in the room.

This hidden gem of a mill house by a babbling river absolutely blew my mind! The accommodation was beyond superb, with a choice of rooms that were so cozy and comfortable, I couldn't believe it. And let me tell you, the gourmet restaurant was an absolute game-changer. The chef, who must be some kind of culinary wizard, whipped up dishes that were jaw-droppingly delicious. I couldn't believe that one person could create such mind-blowing flavors! The one waitress was so attentive and friendly, ensuring that our every need was met. The large garden and seasonal outdoor pool were the perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun, and the fact that they offered free wi-fi and free parking was a fantastic bonus. Oh, and did I mention the resident dog? He was the cutest and friendliest pup ever, adding an extra touch of homey charm. To top it all off, the working velux blinds in the rooms provided the perfect level of privacy and darkness for a great night's sleep. I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast buffet, and the offer to use the heated swimming pool was just the cherry on top. All the staff made us feel so welcome and secure, and I loved that there was a leisure/ TV room with board games for some extra fun. this place was absolutely super and exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're visiting family in the area.
